We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in São Paulo as a Private Equity Associate. If you have experience in capital markets, investment banking, M&A, and private equity/venture capital, this is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your career.

About the Role
  • Deal Origination & Execution: Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, with a focus on the technology sector in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.
  • Portfolio Management: Work closely with technology companies in our portfolio to monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Partner with senior team members in São Paulo and across our international offices on transactions and strategic projects.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, M&A, or capital markets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory.
