Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM System Architect to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing and supporting the SAP PM/EAM module, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our manufacturing operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge SAP systems that align with our business objectives and support global operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading complex projects from conception to delivery.
  • Collaborating across time zones with diverse teams.
  • Facilitating workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Adapting to flexible work arrangements, including occasional late-night calls.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA EAM, including configuration, Fiori Apps, ABAP, SAP SSAM mobile app, RSH, and authorization roles.
  • Proven track record in an Architect role (or technical leadership equivalent experience) is essential to ensure readiness for this position's responsibilities.
  • Expertise in managing complex projects, including business requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Practical experience in plant decommissioning processes and phases.
  • Knowledge and experience in maintenance processes such as Corrective, Preventive, and Predictive maintenance.
  • Advanced proficiency in data migration tools such as LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.
  • Strong English language skills.
