Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sitel Do Brasil Ltda. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer concerns, and processing orders and payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues in a fair and effective manner
  • Provide training and support to new team members
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Intermediate English language skills required
  • Desirable experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of computers and rapid scanning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
