Job Overview

Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you will provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

Guide users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Provide detailed information about Sofia Health's features and offerings to new users, and proactively engage with users to understand their needs and preferences.

Customer Support

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve escalated customer concerns.

Product Knowledge

Develop a deep understanding of Sofia Health's platform, features, and benefits. Stay informed about industry trends, health and wellness practices, and updates to the platform. Educate customers on how to maximize the value of Sofia Health's services.

User Engagement

Proactively reach out to users to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs. Encourage user participation in community forums and other engagement initiatives. Identify opportunities to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.

Documentation and Training

Contribute to the development of user guides, FAQs, and other educational materials. Conduct training sessions for users to maximize their utilization of Sofia Health's platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Business, Communications). Proven experience in customer support or success roles, preferably in the health and wellness industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with health and wellness practices and terminology is a plus. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software. Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for health and wellness is desirable. Work in 100% English.

Additional Information

Remote Work Flexible Hours Growth Opportunities in the company. Pay starts at $700.
