We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Coordinator to oversee the daily operational flow of our Residential and Assisted Living dining venues.

This role involves working closely with the Dining Room manager to ensure smooth operation of dinner service, set up and service for catered events, and implementing service styles for each position. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, including service, bussing, and hosting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interviewing, scheduling, and disciplining employees, as well as mentoring and guiding front-of-house staff. A high school diploma is required, and relevant experience will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Dining Room manager in overseeing daily operations.
  • Interview, schedule, and discipline employees.
  • Develop and implement service styles for each position.
  • Set up and service for catered events.
  • Mentor and guide front-of-house staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in fine dining (service, bussing, hosting).
