As an Equity Research Analyst, you will possess:

  • Research financial data, company presentations, news, and participate in earnings calls and investor relations calls.
  • Analyze strengths and weaknesses of companies based on industry, business, and financial risk, creating Microsoft Excel-based financial models for forecasting and benchmarking companies on financial and operating metrics.
  • Conduct extensive company valuation using DCF and market-based valuation using multiples, updating financial models and client databases regularly.
  • Write financial reports and presentations in English, preparing information memoranda, company profiles, industry overviews, management presentations, deal tombstones, pitchbooks, and due diligence decks.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2-5 years of experience in credit/equity research, investment banking advisory, or private equity.
  • Graduate degree in business administration, finance, economy, accounting, or equivalent.
  • Desirable: CFA Level 1, master's in finance, experience in the tech market.
  • Excellent analytical skills for financial modeling and quantitative data analysis, strong communication skills in English, and ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
