Job Role

Operational Technicians play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.

As an Operational Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring the production of prototypes and factory tests, supporting the development of new processes, conducting factory tests on new materials, assisting with data entry and document creation, updating control charts and schedules, and following up on new processes and products within the factory.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate prototype production and factory testing;
  • Support the development of new processes;
  • Conduct factory testing on new materials;
  • Assist with data entry and document creation;
  • Update control charts and schedules;
  • Follow up on new processes and products within the factory.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification (Chemistry, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactive problem-solving ability;
  • Strong interpersonal relationships;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desejável

  • Familiarity with optical fibers, electrical cables, hoses, welding, and electrical systems;
  • Metrology knowledge.
