As a leader in our organization, you will play a key role in driving our mission to better the world through biology.

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Service Labs Manager to oversee and manage our team lab and admin staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development. You will ensure the efficient operation of the laboratory, scheduling, resource allocation, maintenance of equipment, and providing input to our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience interacting with customers to understand their technical needs, providing support and guidance, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will plan and coordinate technical service projects, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensure timely delivery of services to meet client requirements.

You will also provide technical guidance and support to the laboratory team, staying updated on advancements in technology and methodologies, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
