The Customer Service Representative role involves interacting with customers to identify their needs and determine the most appropriate course of action. This includes processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process orders by reviewing order details, pricing, discounts, and other requirements for compliant order entry.
  • Clarify doubts related to order flow internally, including products in backorder, delivery forecasts, and contact with other areas of the company to maintain accurate status for pending orders and clear all paperwork and approvals for timely shipping.
  • Work closely with other teams to guarantee a consistent process and generate weekly reports on local revenue and backorders to assist the sales team with full visibility on the order cycle.
  • Control internal files related to the Customer Service area and create and monitor occurrence/complaint records.
  • Create purchase orders in the system for suppliers.
Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of computer administrative tools (Windows, MS Office).
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Language skills: fluent in Portuguese and English.
