We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Associate Dean of our College of Dentistry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our institution and advancing the field of dentistry.
Job DescriptionThe Associate Dean will be responsible for overseeing the clinical component of our curriculum, developing continuing education programs, and securing accreditation and regulatory affairs associated with the profession and practice of dentistry.
Additionally, the Associate Dean will establish an academic quality assurance system within the college, oversee the appointment of academic staff and other technical and support staff, and represent the college at meetings and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications- DDS, DMD, Ph.D., or the highest professional qualification in dentistry, and be a graduate of an accredited dental school.
- Leadership experience in relevant academic institutions or universities for at least 10 years.
- Evidence of academic and research innovations with a track record of scholarly and professional practice leadership in the field.
- Demonstrated success in enhancing and advancing patient care, education, and research programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to listen and understand the needs of faculty, staff, and students.
