Distinguished Dentistry Executive

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as Associate Dean of the College of Dentistry at our institution. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of dental education and research.

This position reports directly to the Dean of the College of Dentistry and requires a strategic, collaborative, and values-driven leader with an ambitious vision for excellence in dentistry.

• Recruit and retain clinical faculty and staff to meet programmatic needs and promote their professional development.
• Recommend appointments, promotions, retention, sabbatical leave, salary increases, and retirement actions for faculty and administrative officers.
• Develop the clinical component of the college's curriculum, ensuring academic quality assurance and accreditation standards.
• Create an environment that fosters research and scholarly activity.
• Secure necessary accreditation and regulatory affairs associated with dentistry.

To be considered, candidates must possess:

• A DDS, DMD, Ph.D., or highest professional qualification in dentistry from an accredited institution.
• No less than 10 years of leadership experience in relevant academic institutions or universities.
• Evidence of academic and research innovations, with a track record of scholarly and professional practice leadership.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing patient care, education, and research programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
