Gameplay Programmer Role

GAMEPLAY ENGINEER
We are seeking passionate programmers with 2+ years of experience in Unreal Engine (blueprints and C++) to join us in creating innovative games for PC and consoles.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop, debug, and maintain game systems using Unreal Engine 5.
- Partner with engineers at multiple levels and the networking team to ensure large-scale performance optimization.
- Create and document complex systems clearly, including technical design documents and code references.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in multiplayer game development, preferably with Unreal Engine.
- Strong proficiency in C++.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Perforce.
- Positive, collaborative, and self-motivated attitude, effective in team environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different disciplines including design, art, and production.
Experience in AAA game development is a plus. A portfolio showcasing attention to detail and high-quality, maintainable code will also be considered.
