Business Contract Coordinator

The Contract Coordinator plays a vital role at a global technology leader in turbocharging, fuel injection, and digital solutions for heavy-duty applications. This position is responsible for managing customer satisfaction by ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure quality delivery, health, safety, and environmental issues are competently managed.
- Manage customer contracts from sales handover to maintaining continuous communication with the customer's counterpart.
- Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service execution, efficient resource management, and single-point contact for customers during service job execution.
- Coordinate service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts, and logistics for site.
- Manage the Service order process from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
A successful Contract Coordinator will have 2-3 years of experience coordinating service teams, on mechanical or maintenance areas, and proven leadership skills with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
