Customer Contract Manager

The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing customer contracts, ensuring efficient resource management, and coordinating service jobs.
This role involves handling scheduling, quotations, and invoicing, as well as managing the service order process from quotation to cash collection. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
- Manage customer contracts from sales handover to maintaining continuous communication with the customer's counterpart.
- Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service execution, efficient resource management, and timely resolution of issues.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers during service job execution, handling scheduling, quotations, and invoicing.
- Coordinate and plan all Service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts, and logistics for site.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to negotiate with customers regarding deviations in scope modifications of services and sales contracts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, contract management, and team coordination. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
