Applaudo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that showcases their ability to create innovative and user-centered designs.

About the Job

We are looking for someone who is passionate about design and has a deep understanding of user experience principles. The successful candidate will be able to lead end-to-end design processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery and research to inform design decisions.
  • Develop user-centered design solutions that meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design delivery.
  • Present design rationale and process to clients with confidence.
  • Maintain high-level quality standards to facilitate the design process.

Requirements:

Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience designing engaging User Experiences for Web and Mobile.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience designing within complex systems or data-intensive environments.
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen to align design work with business objectives.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Design or similar relevant field.
