We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Operations Manager to join our team at IWG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our center, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead a team of Community Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage the center's budget, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
  • B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
