About the Role:

Job Description

NielsenIQ is seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our Route to Market team in Brazil. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting team workload, ensuring quality delivery, and facilitating team competency on process management. Your role will involve coordinating projects demand, providing seniority, and building solid partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Client Interactions, demonstrating sound decision-making skills and guiding direct reports to solve client business issues.
  • Manage direct reports performance and development, coaching associates to develop their skills and grow within the company.
  • Team workload management and resource allocation.
  • Follow-up customized projects, promote independence and ownership of project execution.
  • Ability to support Commercial Leaders and Customer Success to design best proposals and sign them off.

  • Ability to design solutions to answer client business issues.
  • Curiosity, communication, and critical thinking.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • You confidently manage your work on a daily basis and your processes.
  • You are flexible and easily adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Demonstrated Analytical/Consulting proficiency.
  • Experience in market analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working with solutions to solve business issues.
  • English Proficiency - Advanced.
