About the Role:
Oxbridge International School is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated English Language Educator to join our vibrant and dynamic team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Take responsibility for the welfare and pastoral development of the class group, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain a well-organized and well-resourced classroom, ensuring that all materials and equipment are readily available for teaching and learning.
- Participate in school events, trips, and extra-curricular activities, promoting a sense of community and teamwork among students and staff.
- Provide guidance and support to teaching assistants, promoting their professional development and growth.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education or English Language and Literature.
- Previous experience in teaching and education, preferably in an international school setting.
- The ability to design and deliver conceptual, engaging, and inquiry-based lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
