Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing local market distributors and retail channels, ensuring effective channel layout and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis, expansion skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in spoken English and Portuguese is essential, with the ability to use both languages as working languages.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing market development strategies and tactics
  • Collaborating with all relevant departments to carry out local front-end market insights and provide a basis for back-end decisions
  • Conducting intelligence collection and analysis of competing products in the local market
  • Organizing marketing activities and product localization campaigns in the local market

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 4 years of experience in Brazil market development, preferably with a sales background and resources related to consumer electronics, automotive accessories, solar panels, inverters, RV, mobile energy storage/home energy storage, outdoor camping, etc.
  • Strong market analysis, expansion skills, and good communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in spoken English and Portuguese, and able to use English and Portuguese as working languages
