About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential targets, analyzing their financials, operations, and market position.
  • Develop and execute business plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Negotiate and structure transactions, including joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams, external advisors, and potential partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and approvals, and manage contract payments and variations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on joint venture transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
