About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, perform financial valuations, and develop negotiation strategies to secure successful transactions. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of transaction execution, including stakeholder management and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis and commercial evaluation.
  • Develop and implement negotiation strategies to secure successful transactions.
  • Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including stakeholder management and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  • Provide administrative direction and personnel management to assigned Business Development Analysts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
  • 10-15 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in M&A transaction execution.
  • Strong M&A background, with expertise in financial valuation, due diligence, commercial negotiations, and transaction structuring.
  • Adequate understanding of financial analysis, commercial principles, and industry expertise.

Our Hiring Process
