We are seeking a strategic Quality leader to spearhead our innovative energy products in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will drive project success through team motivation and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit planning and auditing of quality processes
  • Maintaining ISO 9001 certification for Campinas facility
  • Managing non-conforming materials processes
  • Performing root cause analysis and continuous improvement to address defects
  • Facilitating customer issue resolution and improvements based on customer complaints
  • Ensuring quality objectives are met for the LATAM region
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in engineering, business or related areas
  • Solid experience in quality and process improvement
  • Fluent English and Portuguese
  • Ability to work at our base in Campinas/SP

  • Interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Coordination of several projects simultaneously
