We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Operations Manager to propel the growth and expansion of our logistics network in Brazil.
- Manage the HUB DP (Delivery Providers) area, spearheading new initiatives to enhance processes, lower costs, and improve customer experience.
- Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders to resolve problems and integrate new business initiatives onsite.
- Analyze and solve operational barriers, identify root causes, and optimize the network through continuous benchmarking with peers from other countries.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies for the area, upholding them with senior Ops leadership outside Brazil.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, engineering, economics, mathematics, or other technical field.
- Experience in operations, logistics, or related field.
- Experienced in managing partners in any operational field.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, including excellent writing skills in both languages.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- MBA and work experience in technical field.
- Highly analytical and comfortable with large analyses.
- Able to quickly distill down complex operating models and identify opportunities.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
- Experience negotiating and contracting with 3rd party vendors.
- Ability to manage diversity of culture in organizations as well as matrix structure of organization.
