LATAM Growth Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our growth marketing initiatives in LATAM. This role will focus on developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and digital channels to drive business growth
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing spend for maximum efficiency
- Explore and experiment with new growth tactics and channels with a focus on customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and scalability
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of driving scalable user acquisition and growth through paid media
- Demonstrated experience in using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
