Job Description

As a Payroll Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of payroll across regions. Your duties will include preparing and reconciling internal payroll reports, managing critical local payroll processes, and assessing and improving rapid growth procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.

This role requires strong knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll and HR, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and systems to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Provide expert advice on local payroll and HR matters to support the growth and success of our organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to ensure compliance with local tax authorities and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 4+ years of experience in payroll operations with expertise in relevant countries.
  • Strong proficiency in English and local language(s) as required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
