Business Process Optimization Specialist

Join our team as a Business Process Optimization Specialist. As a key member of the Automation team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, optimizing, and designing business processes using data-driven insights.
In this position, you will identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, create new processes with a high degree of automation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement these processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business and technical needs.
- Design and develop new processes focusing on automation.
- Support automation initiatives by identifying suitable candidates and working with automation teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements and automation efforts.
- Present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
- Conduct follow-ups to assess process performance and make adjustments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in process mining, business process analysis, or related fields.
- Proficiency in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
- Understanding of business processes and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, BPM).
