This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work as a Trading Operations Analyst, supporting the full trade lifecycle for institutional clients across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients, handling inquiries on account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve client requests promptly, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Support client onboarding, including documentation, operational setup, and platform access.
  • Track and manage client issues, ensuring visibility, ownership, and timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Proactively monitor client activity and system alerts, escalating potential issues as needed.
  • Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a broker-dealer, bank, or fintech.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes.
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools, custodians, and clearing houses.
  • Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and client-first orientation.
