Job Opportunity: Technical Support SpecialistSingular is a leading attribution and marketing analytics platform empowering marketers with actionable insights from previously siloed data.We aggregate and normalize campaign data from thousands of channels, connecting it with lower-funnel attribution, and deliver ROI measurement across every touchpoint.The Role:As a Senior Product Support Escalation Engineer, you will be the primary technical support contact for customers, partners, and internal teams.You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, drive resolutions, and partner with Product, Engineering, and QA to improve product functionality.Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing expert guidance on SDK integration and deployment
  • Mentoring team members with your deep technical expertise
  • Advocating for customers by bringing feedback into product discussions
Requirements:
  1. 4+ years in technical product support (B2B/SaaS preferred)
  2. Hands-on experience supporting software in production environments (Mobile & Web)
  3. Strong skills in scripting, SQL, APIs, HTML, and debugging tools
  4. Experience in mobile advertising analytics or AdTech is a plus
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
