Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to drive the development and implementation of innovative ICT solutions in the Banking (FSI) domain.

This role will involve collaborating with client-facing sales teams, leading discovery workshops, and providing technical support to customers and colleagues.

  • Support cloud product sales as a technical and banking domain expert.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customers' challenges and provide product demonstrations tailored to their needs.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, solutions partners, and Huawei colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to product management on product enhancements addressing Banking customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement ICT solutions that meet the needs of Banking customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  3. Provide technical expertise to customers and colleagues to ensure successful implementation of ICT solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the FSI industry.
  • Background in FSI roles such as Technology Architect, Consultant, Cloud Architect, or related fields.
  • Leadership skills to manage complex technical projects requiring participation from multiple teams.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese languages.
