Job Title: Technology Solutions Specialist

 

  • Job Description:
  •   We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology solutions specialist to support our cloud product sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and domain expertise in the banking sector, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •   Key responsibilities include leading discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges, providing product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs, and answering product feature and technical questions from customers and colleagues.
  •   The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing feedback to product management on product enhancements that can address banking customer needs and provide additional value.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  •   Experience: 10+ years of experience in FSI industry.
  •   Background: Background in any of the following or related: FSI Consultant, FSI Cloud Architect, FSI Solution Technical Lead, FSI Pre Sales Engineer or FSI Systems Engineer.
  •   Skills: Proficient in English & Portuguese.
  •   Education: Bachelor / Masters Degree.
