Senior Research Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Manager to lead our research and development programme relating to the deployment of Enhanced Rock Weathering as a carbon dioxide removal technique in Brazil.

This role will oversee and manage team members, driving forward our scientific strategy, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead on research and development activities, including experimental design, data analysis, and publication of results.
  • Manage team members and take ownership of experiments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD in Soil Science, Agronomy, Earth Science, Geochemistry, Biogeochemistry or related fields.
  • 5+ years experience in senior research or research-related roles.
  • Extensive experience in research and development and experimental design, ideally with a focus on agronomy or a related field.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading research projects and publications in high-quality journals.
