The Financial Operations Manager is a key role in our organization, overseeing the smooth operation of daily financial activities.
- Manage cash flow and fund movements.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with internal audit and legal standards.
- Collect and organize data for regulatory reporting.
In addition, this role will be responsible for monitoring tax and foreign exchange compliance risks, escalating issues as needed, and providing insights into local regulatory developments.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in operations, financial operations, or crypto-related back-office roles.
- Strong understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, and operational risk.
- Familiarity with Brazilian financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus.
