Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical support and services to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and escalating issues when necessary.

This role requires strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, remote, and on-site to customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Manage escalations, complaints, and act as a point of contact for higher-level support teams.
  • Contribute to resolution of escalated cases and collaborate with regional service management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in the hospital equipment sector (Imaging & Radiology).
  • Strong analytical problem-solving techniques and critical thinking skills.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
