Investigation Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Investigation Analyst.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work independently, analyzing data to help flag potential software misuse.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy research and are detail-oriented. As an Investigation Analyst, you will play a key part in our anti-piracy campaigns, helping to protect the intellectual property of major software companies.

You will work closely with our experienced team to analyze data, research companies, and keep records up to date in our CRM system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing data to identify potential software misuse
  • Researching companies online to confirm legitimacy and find key contacts
  • Maintaining accurate investigation records in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with our team to move cases forward from start to finish

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, such as research or customer support
  • A curious mind and interest in OSINT, cybersecurity, or compliance
  • Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or other online research tools
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
