This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Influencer Research Outreach Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Influencer Relationship Manager in understanding the influencer marketing strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential influencers on various social media platforms, considering relevance, reach, and engagement metrics.
  • Utilize data analysis to assess influencers' suitability for specific campaigns and target audience alignment.
  • Assist in negotiating and coordinating partnership terms, contracts, and deliverables with influencers.
  • Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts and campaign-related information.
  • Monitor and track influencer outreach progress, following up as necessary to ensure timely responses and collaborations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Influencer Relationship Manager, such as scheduling meetings and managing communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer research, outreach, or a related administrative support role, with a background in identifying and engaging with influencers.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends, enabling effective research and outreach strategies.
  • Prior experience in data analysis and the ability to assess influencers' suitability for specific campaigns based on relevant metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing influencer databases and keeping track of outreach progress.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with influencers and convey partnership opportunities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative in identifying potential influencers and contributing to the success of influencer marketing efforts.
  • Relationship-building skills, fostering positive interactions with influencers during outreach and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills, managing multiple outreach efforts efficiently and supporting the Influencer Relationship Manager in administrative tasks.
