
Commercial Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing information on and engaging potential capital providers for commercial real estate debt and equity brokerage firm, with a focus on the U.S. market.
About the RoleThe role requires someone who is both skilled at online research and comfortable making a high volume of phone calls every day. You will be responsible for conducting targeted research across multiple channels to uncover lender and investor criteria and then reaching out by phone to qualify their interest in active opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Outreach and Engagement: Implement deal specific outreach strategies (cold calling and email campaigns) to gauge interest in active opportunities, and nurture them toward further discussions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team, ensuring a smooth handoff for follow-up discussions.
- Phone-Based Research: Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
- Web-Based Research: Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
- Database Research: Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.
