We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist.

The role requires someone who is skilled at online research, comfortable making high-volume phone calls daily, and adept at gathering and analyzing information. You will be responsible for sourcing potential capital providers for our commercial real estate debt and equity brokerage firm, focusing on the U.S. market.

This includes conducting targeted research across multiple channels to uncover lender and investor criteria, followed by outreach efforts via phone to qualify their interest in active opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outreach and Engagement: Implement deal-specific strategies (cold calling and email campaigns) to gauge interest in active opportunities and nurture prospects toward further discussions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team, ensuring a seamless handoff for follow-up discussions.
  • Phone-Based Research: Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
  • Web-Based Research: Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
  • Database Research: Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market, is preferred.
  • Proficient verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls are essential.
  • Able to manage a high volume of outreach calls each week.
  • Skill in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
  • Familiarity with online research tools (including websites, LinkedIn, and industry databases) to source and evaluate capital providers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Tech-savvy with experience using cold-emailing and calling tools (e.g., Instantly) and best practices.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
