We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. The role requires someone who is skilled at online research, comfortable making high-volume phone calls, and adept at gathering information from various sources.
Key Responsibilities:- Outreach and Engagement: Implement targeted outreach strategies using cold calling and email campaigns to gauge interest in active opportunities and nurture leads toward further discussions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified capital providers and our senior team, ensuring seamless handoffs for follow-up discussions.
- Phone-Based Research: Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
- Web-Based Research: Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
- Database Research: Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring accuracy and currency of all information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.
- 2+ years in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
- Comfortable managing high-volume outreach calls each week.
- Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Tech-savvy with experience using cold-emailing and calling tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
