We are seeking an experienced Real Estate accounting professional to join our team. This individual will oversee all aspects of financial operations for our clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
About the Role:- Manage financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll for Real Estate clients.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for Real Estate clients.
- Conduct variance analysis and work with management to explain financial results.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
- Provide financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in the Real Estate industry (required)
- In-depth knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent qualification preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Controller or similar role within the Real Estate industry.
