Business Development Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Analyst to join our organization. This role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads to generate opportunities for closers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform lead qualification to ensure quality throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Generate prospecting lists using commercial intelligence strategies through market platforms.
  • Map sales opportunities and pitch our products/services.
  • Provide consultative and personalized service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the system.
  • Nurture leads through a cadence of contacts, providing relevant information to advance the process of closing a partnership.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the top-of-funnel process.
  • Schedule close meetings between prospects and our sales executives.
  • Share knowledge of prospect behavior with sales and marketing.

Requirements
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Spanish is an asset.
  • Analytical profile to identify new business opportunities.
  • Dynamic profile with a focus on results.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Passion for driving innovation and desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Ability to use negotiation skills to achieve goals.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Enthusiasm for testing new solutions.
