Job Title: Senior Android Engineer

We are a fast-paced organization that thrives on innovation and AI-driven solutions. Our mission is to make AI accessible to everyone, and we're looking for talented Mobile Developers with expertise in Kotlin to join our team.

As a Senior Android Engineer, you'll be responsible for evolving our native application to become the leading AI platform in Latam. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features that utilize advancements in Language Learning Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities:
  • Evolving Luzia's native applications on the Android platforms to become the leading AI platform.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new features that utilize advancements in LLMs.
  • Ensuring optimization and efficiency of the applications across various devices.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Participating in UI/UX design processes to ensure the applications are intuitive and accessible.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Focus on consumer applications, simplicity, and performance.
  • Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud storage.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Understanding of LLMs and their application on user-facing products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus.
