We're looking for an experienced Application Security Expert to join our team. This role involves conducting comprehensive security reviews of applications to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting architecture security reviews to ensure the security of cloud-native services.
  • Maintaining and operating various security tools including SAST, DAST, CWPP, CSPM, SSPM, and CASB.
  • Performing penetration testing, code reviews, and vulnerability scanning to ensure the security of web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborating with development teams to provide guidance on secure coding practices and assist in the remediation of identified security issues or misconfigurations.
  • Developing and maintaining security standards, policies, procedures, work instructions, and requirements related to application security.
  • Staying current with the latest security trends, threats, and vulnerabilities affecting application security.
  • Participating in incident response and security incident investigations related to application security.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the technology development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with application security assessments, vulnerability testing, and secure code reviews, as well as knowledge of web application security vulnerabilities and common attack vectors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
  • Advanced English Level (C1 minimum).
  • Strong background in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of software development tools such as IDEs, security, and code quality tools.
  • Working experience with application security assessments, vulnerability testing, and secure code reviews.
  • Knowledge of web application security vulnerabilities and common attack vectors (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
  • Experience with security assessment tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, OWASP ZAP, Snyk, etc.
  • Understanding of encryption technologies, authentication mechanisms, and secure coding practices.
