Sales Performance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Performance Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team.

  • Manage weekly sales performance across all Business Units (BUs).
  • Analyze documentation: proposals, pricing, commercial conditions for all BUs.
  • Provide timely updates on sales performance in weekly governance meetings.
  • Oversee documentation related to commercial conditions, pricing assessments, and proposal archiving.
  • Support internal stakeholders with sales materials and KPIs for consulting projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customer screening and reception.
  • Foster effective billing processes.
  • Develop tactical, strategic, and sales analysis reports.
  • Track goals versus achievements.
  • Conduct regular competition risk analysis between clients.
  • Collaborate with the OTC (Order to Cash) area.
  • Assist biannual internal audits.
  • Support RFP (Request for Proposal) processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek professionals with a balance of technical expertise and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of sourcing platforms (desirable).
  • Fast task execution and responsiveness.
  • Quick understanding of situations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to switch between technical and strategic perspectives.
  • Attention to detail and quality in delivery.
  • Effective communication with senior professionals.
  • Strong desire to learn and curiosity.
  • Ownership mindset and proactive approach.
  • Good analytical skills in sales data.
