Sales Performance Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Performance Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team.
- Manage weekly sales performance across all Business Units (BUs).
- Analyze documentation: proposals, pricing, commercial conditions for all BUs.
- Provide timely updates on sales performance in weekly governance meetings.
- Oversee documentation related to commercial conditions, pricing assessments, and proposal archiving.
- Support internal stakeholders with sales materials and KPIs for consulting projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customer screening and reception.
- Foster effective billing processes.
- Develop tactical, strategic, and sales analysis reports.
- Track goals versus achievements.
- Conduct regular competition risk analysis between clients.
- Collaborate with the OTC (Order to Cash) area.
- Assist biannual internal audits.
- Support RFP (Request for Proposal) processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek professionals with a balance of technical expertise and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of sourcing platforms (desirable).
- Fast task execution and responsiveness.
- Quick understanding of situations.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to switch between technical and strategic perspectives.
- Attention to detail and quality in delivery.
- Effective communication with senior professionals.
- Strong desire to learn and curiosity.
- Ownership mindset and proactive approach.
- Good analytical skills in sales data.
- Ability to execute activities efficiently.
- Diligence in resolving open points.
