e are looking for a Sales Specialist to support the development and implementation of dealerindividual business plans through continuous monitoring and follow up on their performance.
We seek a professional who implement best practices and guarantee the cooperation between
Porsche and the dealer network.
Main Responsibilities
Business Plan support
- Responsibility for monitoring and achievement of sales targets of assigned dealers
- Development and implementation of dealer-individual business plans;
- Utilize incentive measures within agreed guardrails to promote sales;
- Continuously monitor dealers and follow up on performance;
- Regular communication with dealers regarding sales process;
- Analysis of dealer sales performance including generation of monthly reports;
Primary contact between PBR & Dealers
- Interface between dealers and PBR
- Communicate with sales planning to support the allocation of production quotas to dealers
- Support sales planning with market feedback with regard to incentive planning
- Support Marketing Department with market feedback regarding dealer retail marketing
planning and SAFE process
- Develop and support in mid and long-term sales plans for individual dealers
Dealer Business Operation Development and Professionalization
- Projects for dealer professionalization
- Monitoring of core processes and follow-up on related audits (e.g. Mystery Shopping),
projects (e.g. PBE) and customer satisfaction (CES)
- Ensure adequate level of training for dealer sales personnel on porsche sales systems,
product knowledge and selling techniques
- Support implementation and professionalization of pre-owned business, ensuring sales
targets acchievment
- Guarantee adherence to sales operation related dealer standards (test-drive vehicles, PoS
material, sales dept organigram, etc)
- Support implementation and roll-out of any sales related project, process or system
required by Head Quarters

Education
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business
Management, Engineer or equivalent
Experience
- 5+ years of working experience (automotive industry, premium brands are a plus)

**Skills**:
- Proficient user of MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge in CRM and DMS systems will be considered differential

- Highly organized - strong attention to detail
- Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
