**Your Responsibilities**:K+S Brasileira in Sao Paulo (Brazil) is looking for a **Regional Sales Manager,**starting in November 2025.The tasks of the function include:**Strategic planning**- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and corporate objectives to drive growth and market penetration.
**Team management**- Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities to ensure high productivity and motivation.
**Relationship with distributors**- Foster strong relationships with distributors and key partners, ensuring alignment on goals, support, and market expansion strategies.
**Sales pipeline**- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation to closing, and ensuring consistent progress toward targets.
**Regional forecast**- Prepare accurate regional sales forecasts, analyzing trends and market data to support decision-making and resource allocation.
**Planning of the annual regional budget**- Plan and oversee the annual regional budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial targets.

**Requirements**:**Your Profile**:- Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company.
- Degree in agronomy.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the fertilizer market.
- Strong agrobusiness background.
- Experience with team management- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and a passion for networking.
- English is desirable intermediate level.
