Job DescriptionOur team is composed of experienced engineers and project managers focused on technology challenges. You will be part of a dynamic environment that ensures the competitiveness of our transport offerings. We operate in an international context and interact daily with colleagues from other sites of the group.
As a Product Development Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include leading technical project groups for large projects, representing technical areas in project management groups, and defining project plans. You will oversee the execution of these plans through robust milestones and ensure that developed technical solutions are aligned with our company objectives and technical strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree from an engineering school;
- Experience in managing or active participation on product development projects;
- PMP certification or equivalent certification would be an advantage;
- Interest in new technologies and their integration in the people transportation sector;
- An analytical mind and a good ability to find the essence in complex matters;
- Positive and target-oriented approach;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Business-oriented mindset;
- Leadership skills and the ability to engage teams;
- Ability to work autonomously, rigorously, and manage uncertainties.
