We are seeking an accomplished Policy and Compliance Expert to spearhead the development and implementation of our global safety policies.

About the Role:
  • Develop, implement, and continuously update comprehensive safety policies for diverse stakeholders.
  • Maintain governance and consistency of policies across all business units and regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate reputational risks.
  • Conduct policy audits and reviews, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Support informed decision-making through clear and actionable policy frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding safety policy matters.
  • Provide training and support to regional teams to ensure understanding and adoption of policies.
  • Analyze data to measure policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in policy governance, compliance, corporate safety, or related areas.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and documentation skills, with the ability to create concise and practical guidelines.
  • Prior experience in stakeholder management and negotiation, balancing competing interests.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, governance, and safety operations.
  • Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable policies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
