We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Assistant Technical Trainee. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our customers.


The successful candidate will be responsible for executing routine maintenance and minor repairs on selected products at customer sites. You'll also investigate and resolve basic technical problems with your expertise and knowledge.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing basic maintenance and minor repairs on selected products
  • Investigating and resolving basic technical problems
  • Preparing assigned service jobs according to our standard operating procedures
  • Following up on actions and promises made to customers
  • Writing service reports and obtaining customer signatures
  • Updating our IT systems with relevant information
  • Reporting unsafe practices and other safety incidents
  • Capturing installed base data and communicating sales leads to our sales organization
  • Providing proactive recommendations to customers related to spare parts purchase
