Tech Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead internal and client-facing technology projects across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex system integrations, data migrations, CRM implementations, and initiatives in regulated environments such as healthcare, aerospace, and SOC 2 compliance.
- This is a full-time role requiring long-term commitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing project plans, timelines, tasks, budgets, and dependencies.
They will also act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and project momentum.
Key responsibilities include tracking and reporting progress, managing risks, and escalating blockers as needed.
- Oversee implementations involving Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com, including complex integrations and data migrations.
- Ensure all project work complies with relevant regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and industry-specific standards.
- 3-6 years of project management experience in IT, CRM, or systems integration.
- Proven experience leading at least two full-cycle implementation projects as a project manager.
- Certification required: PMP, CAPM, or ITIL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com.
- 100% remote opportunity within Latin America.
