We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to pioneer AI solutions and enhance our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
.About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for building AI-powered tools to automate development and operational tasks, improve code quality, and reduce delivery friction.
.Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve developer productivity.
- Investigate GenAI solutions to enhance CI/CD workflows and reduce delivery friction.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify key pain points and deliver impactful AI interventions.
- Embed AI into DevOps processes to identify bottlenecks, automate root cause analysis, and surface continuous delivery insights.
.Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Python, across AI, infrastructure, and tooling codebases.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS or GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (planning, coding, testing, releasing, monitoring).
- Practical, hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and code-generation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on identifying inefficiencies and applying AI to increase delivery velocity.
